I am a big “fan” (if you like) of vitamins and always have a whole “drug store” packed somewhere in my kitchen. Health and fitness supps is one of the drug types I always keep next to me. I have always believed in the vitamins “powers”; however I do not fully reject the placebo effect either I might be influenced by. Well, as long as it works 🙂 Does it work though?
