I do not want to appear sexist but men and women ARE very different in everything! This is why I believe that training program must be different depending not only on the age or current fitness level but also biochemical characteristics of brains of both ganders.
Our bodies and brains different from one another and as a result chemical reactions in the bodies are very different and require special attention and customised approach. This is why I rarely research into male bodybuilders. There is no harm in comparison and finding out something new but women in my opinion should stick with a female orientated fitness plan.
